We have regular customer satisfaction meetings and are always looking for new ideas to meet and/or exceed your service expectations. No idea or comment is too small. We look at them all!
Within 30 days, you may receive a more detailed survey from the manufacturer asking you to evaluate how well your service advisor addressed your needs and how well our factory trained technicians serviced your vehicles. This survey is very important to help us identify our strengths and weaknesses. If you receive a survey from the manufacturer, please take the time to complete it and return it. Our goal is to have every client rate us as "excellent" or as being "completely satisfied" when asked about his or her service experience.
