Program Overview:
The Cadillac Pre-Owned (CPO) program was established for Cadillac dealers to merchandise premium pre-owned Cadillacs to customers with the full assurance that the vehicle meets Cadillac's stringent standards for mechanical condition and appearance. Each Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac undergoes a rigorous 100+ point inspection and re-conditioning process. In addition, the Cadillac New Bumper To Bumper Limited Warranty is extended from 4years/50,000 miles (which ever comes first) to 6years/100,000 miles (which ever comes first) with no reduction in coverage - Cadillac owner privileges still apply (Trip Interruption Protection, No-charge emergency road service and 24 hr. Customer assistance hotline). Customers are then able to purchase or lease these pre-owned Cadillacs at low risk, with significant added features over most other used-car purchase options. Essentially, the Cadillac pre-owned customer is treated as if he or she is buying a brand new Cadillac.
